Rieker's friends came in from Altoona for the Jimmy Buffet concert at PNC park. We met up with them afterwards for a beer. What trip to Pittsburgh would be complete without a visit to Primanti Bros. in the Strip District?

Friday nite in Pittsburgh, PA. 6.24.05 Agenda: Dinner and a movie with the girls; Amy, Jayne and me, Jocelyn. We wanted to try the new tapas restaurant in the Strip District and watch Mr and Mrs Smith with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. First stop: Tasca Navarre, Tapas Bar & Restaurant, 2623 Penn Ave, Pgh, PA 15222 A pitcher of sangria, and a little bit of all that tempts us, yumm-o. Jayne & Amy under the Tapas Sign 2nd Stop: Caribou Cafe, South Side Works off Carson St--their medium cappucino has 3 shots of espresso, just what I needed before a late night movie, the shared blueberry muffin helped a little too. 3rd Stop: South Side Works movie theatre, 12-screens. You take an escalator or take the steps up to the concessions and screens on the 2nd floor, shops, restaurants and bars occupy the first level. Me likey
