Tried New Recipe for Pressure Cooker

It was in the orange pressure cooker book. I find myself referring to this book often as it shows cook times in organized charts for vegetables, meats & grains. I had some beef stew meat that I had put in the meat drawer to defrost and time was getting away from me. The stew was a big hit with Joel (you know I have to cook primarily for him, right? I can usually bully the boys into trying anything I make but Joel is a tougher nut to crack.) He had 2 bowls and gave it his official thumbs up. (I think the wine in the stew had something to do with it.) Jayne, you can modify it to incorporate lamb. There were several different options you can go with to accommodate what your family likes and what you have on hand. Try it out! I'm really going to have to get another pressure cooker top though. The rice could have been cooking at the same time the stew was.

Look what they have @ buffet #2!
