Potluck Dish Super Easy, Super Quick

Low-Fat Dessert - Grape Salad This dessert was a big hit in the Smith household. I scaled down the recipe a little bit more by using Splenda instead of the white granulated sugar. You may even be able to get away with putting in only 1/4 cup of the white sugar instead of 1/2 cup. Enjoy! 1-1/2 bls green seedless grapes 1-1/2 lbs red seedless grapes 8 oz lite sour cream 8 oz low-fat cream cheese 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla Topping (you may want to double up on this because this really makes it, also, if you make a head, you may want to hold off putting the topping until you are ready to serve): 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped pecans Remove stems from grapes and rinse. Beat sour cream, cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla with mixer. Stir grapes into the mixture and place in a serving dish. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top. Got the recipe from this blog site. She has some really great recipes that are fairly few in ingredients and are easy to p...
