    I think those roses are gorgeous. Are they fragrant? I would rather have one good rose bush with big fragrant flowers than the four small pink roses in my backyard with no smell. :(( I'm thinking of digging them out. Very pretty Ats!

    No scent but they keep blooming all year. The Jackson & Perkins roses I bought at end of season a couple of years ago was very fragrant!

    i don't care about it not being fragrant - if it's pretty i'd keep it. i like those pink roses in your backyard, joy - you should keep them. it makes it look colorful back there.

Chicken Carbonara Alfredo with Broccoli

I roasted a whole chicken a few nights ago. I stuffed a couple of lemons and garlic cloves up it's bum and rubbed it with poultry seasoning. I made giblet gravy with the giblits, liver and a few hard boiled eggs too. The gravy was my favorite part. I shredded the leftover chicken tonite and used the creamy alfredo sauce packet that was in my cabinet. I threw in some bacon crumbles I keep in my freezer and some sliced mushrooms from Trader Joe's. I boiled some broccoli florets (on sale @ giant eagle) in the same sauce pan I later threw in some angel hair pasta. Dinner was made in less than 15 minutes!!! and cheap. So cheap.

Our first test glaze fire without Walt. Looks okay, right? Rieker had to take pictures of the Mesa Creative Arts Center in Burgettstown, PA for their annual soltice celebration.They celebrate the first day of summer and hold a special Native American ceremony in their Medicine Wheel. It was pretty cool.
