hmm - i've always wondered how you eat one of these. next time we are together you'll have to show me how to cook and eat. love my pressure cooker too! you were right joy!thanks for the pressure joy!
jayne, you are such an over-achiever. you're already go ing into the "fancy" recipes. i should have known by your game-play on fb.oh yeah, let the pressure cooker wars commence. let's post pictures of our best efforts. ats let's get ready to rumble. :))
a green rose? you better lay off the "juice" i think it's affecting your thinking. what's wrong with adobo? not fancy enough for you? jayne has already beaten us hands down. while we are experimenting with adobo, chicken & rice, & ribs jayne is cooking risotto with asparagus & artichokes. (you got something with those "A" veggies, don't cha?) we're bowing oh mighty isis.
Matty & jayne's new marble dining table. Look how pretty the table is! Matty grilled the italian bread and brie on his charcoal grill. Unbelievably delicious. Jayne's cupcakes taunted me all night long. The salad, believe it or not, was just as good as the cupcakes. Tommy and his new sous chef jayne. I was fired. Jayne set a gorgeous table. The star of the show, tommy's chicken piccata. Oh yeah! yummo!
I roasted a whole chicken a few nights ago. I stuffed a couple of lemons and garlic cloves up it's bum and rubbed it with poultry seasoning. I made giblet gravy with the giblits, liver and a few hard boiled eggs too. The gravy was my favorite part. I shredded the leftover chicken tonite and used the creamy alfredo sauce packet that was in my cabinet. I threw in some bacon crumbles I keep in my freezer and some sliced mushrooms from Trader Joe's. I boiled some broccoli florets (on sale @ giant eagle) in the same sauce pan I later threw in some angel hair pasta. Dinner was made in less than 15 minutes!!! and cheap. So cheap.
Our first test glaze fire without Walt. Looks okay, right? Rieker had to take pictures of the Mesa Creative Arts Center in Burgettstown, PA for their annual soltice celebration. They celebrate the first day of summer and hold a special Native American ceremony in their Medicine Wheel. It was pretty cool.
